The village house is located on a hillside just outside the village of Oppède-le-Vieux, a charming village perched above the Luberon valley. Only 30 minutes of the TGV-station of Avignon, 10 min. from Cavaillon (all shops) and Isle sur la Sorgue (all shops and famous for its antiquities). It has wonderful open views on the Luberon and its green hills valley. This 19th-century house is set off shady paved lane in the village of Oppède Le Vieux. Just steps from café, restaurants and the old chapel you get through a paved way up. You get into the property througt 2 different ways, from the back door and from the south exposure terrace. Accomodation (approx : 200 sq meters living surf) for 12 in 5 bedrooms + an office, 4 in the main house plus a comfortable queen size sofa bed for 2 in a study room, and the 6th with independant entrance /attached building 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 1 bathroom with tub, 2 toilets. 2 Queen size beds, 6 single beds, 1 sofa bed. From the back door you get on the first floor. Through the left part of the corridor you get into a large provençal equipped kitchen and a desk with sofa, independent wc, on the right side the first salon 1 (with a nice stone opened fire-place with 6 comfortable seaters lounge, 1 armchair, TV, satellite dish with Cnn tv, DVD and CD players with amplifying) follows on a bright dining are and a second salon with sofa facing the picture window make you feel part of the nature . The 2 salons and the dining area are opened onto a following terrace on south façade exposure with magnificient panorma the Luberon valley. Well appliance kitchen coffee maker, electric kettle, micro-wave, toaster, oven, 2 fridges, d.washer, electric stove. Then through the corridor 13 easy walk steps up lead to the second floor with 4 bedrooms (2 queen size beds) sharing bathroom with bathtub handle shower 1 w.basin, wc and ( 2 twins) sharing bathroom with bathtub / shower, w.basin, wc. From the corridor you get to the ground floor with the study room with sofa bed for 2. On the entrance hall is the laundry with w.machine and dryer, then you get out onto the large terrace. (the second entrance) On the terrace is a summer bathroom with shower, wc, w.basin. Next to it the second attached building with narrow step to lead to a large bedroom (2 single bed put together making a king size one), a peach ceramic bathroom with shower /wc. The land (3000 m2, partly enclosed) feature several level with large stone terrace, a swimming pool (8 x 5 x 2 m, alarm protection roman steps). The non heating swimming pool is open from April until end October. Garden furniture, BBQ, 2 terraces (one covered on the ground floor, one large terrace upstairs with panoramic view), 2 private parking plot inext to the door entrance. Alarm installation. Mosquitoe nets. This house is not recommended for children under 12 years old. An exceptional village home in an exceptional village in which to enjoy all the delights of Provence.
