Located at only 3km from the center of Saint Remy, 30mn from AVIGNON and TGV station, at the top of a hill with a nice view on Alpilles mountains, this house is brand new but build with old stones and beams and has a lot of charm. Description: Living area : 300m2 + garden 5000m2 with carport for 2 cars, large terrace, swimming pool 11m x 5m (steps, alarm). The pool water is treated by electrolysis with salt (no chlorine). Area for children to play soccer. Many olive, apricot trees and far away the view of Alpilles mountains. 1st level : At the back of the house : entrance, independent toilets, closed garage.
