Outside, the generous terraced spaces do justice to the unforgettable surroundings. With plenty of space for dining outdoors alongside a well equipped summer kitchen, the summer evenings offer the perfect backdrop for relaxing with family and friends. The landscaped garden offers tranquility and calm, with the stunning infinity pool forming the perfect centerpiece of the outdoor spaces.

Situated away from the hustle and bustle of Les Baux, but still easily in walking distance of the town and Citadel, the Mas du Grand Chateau offers an idyllic combination of prime location and tranquil settings. With easy access to the nearby golf course, this property makes a great choice for those looking to enjoy some relaxing activities during their stay.

As standard, the Mas du Grand Chateau is offered with 3 hours midweek cleaning on Wednesday, as well as a full linen change on a weekly basis. Additional maid hours can be arranged upon request.

About the Area

The village

The village of Les Baux de Provence is situated in the heart of the Alpilles, its cultural heritage is exceptionally rich from the churches, doorways, hotels and of course the immense and superb stone fortress which is without doubt one of the "must-sees" in Provence.

The village can only be visited by foot and you will admire the ancient houses that have been carefully restored, and with more than one million visitors a year just goes to show how popular this village is!

When visiting Les Baux de Provence you should make sure to allow yourself enough time to browse the shops and visit the old city but also to have enough time to visit the sprawled out old fortress. Visitors can discover the main ruins from the keep, towers, chapel and old war weapons. It is a lovely walk around with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
